Exclusive: Kuwait twice rejected deal to lift Olympic ban - IOC
BERLIN (Reuters) - The government of Kuwait twice refused to sign a deal hammered out in negotiations with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) that would have lifted the Olympic ban on the country, the IOC said on Friday.
