Pentathlon: Two Russians banned from Rio

LONDON (Reuters) - Russian modern pentathletes Maksim Kutsov and Ilia Frolov have been barred from the Rio Olympics because of prior anti-doping offenses, the sport's governing body said on Tuesday.
