Zakarin wins Tour de France 17th stage, Froome retains lead
FINHAUT-EMOSSON, Switzerland (Reuters) - Russian Ilnur Zakarin of the Katusha team won the 17th stage of the Tour de France, a 184-km mountain trek from Bern on Wednesday.
